A full-featured web application running inside the messenger’s internal browser.

• Telegram used only for authentication and identity
• Rich UI built with modern web frameworks

AI-assisted patient interaction

The bot is extended with an AI agent capable of conducting structured conversations with patients.

• Provide basic guidance and book appointments based on real availability
• No UI required — fully conversational flow

Operator workspace

A dedicated interface for operators to manage incoming requests.

• AI-powered assistance for draft responses and recommendations
• Clear separation between human decisions and AI suggestions

The goal is not to replace medical professionals, but to augment their work with AI tools in a controlled and transparent way — especially critical in the medical domain.
