Platform Evolution

This allowed the platform to
- retrieve patient data by phone number
- check real-time availability of medical specialists
- enable self-service appointment booking and cancellation
- allow patients to track test results, documents, and medical analyses
Operational Workflow
Instead of building a separate operator dashboard at an early stage, we optimized existing workflows to reduce development overhead.
- all incoming requests were routed to private Telegram groups with operators
- request statuses were tracked and updated directly within message threads
- status changes were visible to both operators and patients
This approach kept operations transparent and efficient while significantly reducing implementation complexity and time to market.
